Your Baritone Dulcimette
Baritone Dulcimettes are tuned an octave above a full size baritone in A or G with a 21"
string length.
They average 27" long, 7" wide, 1 3/4" deep, with a 1 1/4" 12 fret fingerboard.
Six string models in G or A have a great mandola-like sound with more sustain than
a standard dulcimette, and are wonderful for fiddle tunes in these two popular keys.
All instruments are hand-rubbed with a polyurethane gel that produces
a hard finish with a natural, soft luster.
I play one of these more than anything else these days.
